YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS TRIP—OCT 12-20, 2010!! It will be an unforgettable vacation blast! Hosted by Terri Cooper with IslandPartySpots.com & Captain Mark with Ocean Breeze Tours on our owned and operated Island Spirit sailing catamaran in the British Virgin Islands.
Our mission: to sail and to attend all of the parties from the International Airline Championship Sailing Regatta, featuring crews and parties from around the world.
We will be sailing on one or more Catamarans, each with 4 double state rooms and 2 heads, with a maximum of 8 party animals per yacht.
During the day we will be sailing from island to island, learning to sail,
snorkeling in famous places like The Baths and The Indians, enjoying the
beaches, shopping, beach bars, and cool blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. At night we will attend lots of parties on land with the Regatta Crew and
others from the Airline Industry-- and these people know how to throw a party! Some of the parties have themes such as Pirates, Fancy Dress, and Jump
Up & JiggleÉ.you gotta be there to see how wild
things get!! Our goal is to have a mini flotilla of at least 2 spacious
and fast Catamarans. SANCTUARY-- shown above & owned by Captain
Mark & Terri-- will be full of only WOMEN!! We will be
one of the most popular boats in the BVI for sure! First come, first serve basis on SANCTUARYÉReserve now!! The 2nd Catamaran is open to women, men, singles and couples. Double occupancy only on SANCTUARY, and single or double on the 2nd cat. (The 2nd boat will be confirmed upon receipt of a minimum of just 4 deposits!)

fun people who are ready to sign on for a seriously fun party vacation!! Dates: October 12th thru Oct
20st, 2010 Two trip choices: 5
day/4 night option & the full 9 day/8 night option. The 5 day is available: Oct 12-16 and
Oct 16-20. Please join us for
all 8 nights in order to fully appreciate all of the festivities! An overnight stay, either aboard the yacht (if available at
additional charge) or in a hotel the night before, may be required, depending
on your flight times. You will meet
us at the dock by Noon on Oct 12th and anytime on Oct 16th
for 2nd half people. Ask us for help with your
specific travel needs and itineraries! **SPECIAL OFFER** For those who would
like to come a few days before and/or after the trip (to include and enjoy
either weekend), SANCTUARY is available for charter at a special
rate -- let us know!! Pricing: Includes the cost of the yacht, the
services of Captain Mark (30 years of Caribbean experience), light breakfast, lunch,
booze (yes drinks!), snorkeling gear, mooring fees, fuel, insurance, water,
etcÉ(Almost everything but dinners!) $110 per person per night based
on double occupancy for 8 nights. $125 per person per night based
on double occupancy for 4 nights. $195 per person per night based
on single occupancy for 4-8 nights. A 50% deposit is required by July 12th to reserve
your spot. The balance is due by Aug 12thÉ60 days before the Òracing
chasingÓ starts. If you cancel 60 days prior to departure, there is a 50%
deposit refund. No returns on
cancellations less than 60 days prior, (some exceptions allowed.) If you must cancel and your spot is filled,
your deposit is returned. SANCTUARY is also available
for private Caribbean Charters & other Sailing Regatta Party Chasing (including those in Antigua, St. Martin,
